The iBL+® Difference
Knowing the methodology is only part of being a strong reliability engineer.
Reliability & Maintenance Engineering iBL+® is built around direct application. You develop the technical knowledge, then use it to address real equipment and reliability challenges at your facility—with coaching and support throughout the process.
Work with an SMRP-certified coach throughout the program to strengthen your approach, work through implementation challenges, and turn technical recommendations into action.
Apply what you learn to a real reliability opportunity at your facility. Your project gives you the opportunity to put the tools into practice and demonstrate measurable results before graduation.
Successfully complete the curriculum and project to earn the Reliability & Maintainability Implementation Certification (RMIC®) from the University of Tennessee.
Reliability & Maintenance Engineering iBL+® is a 12-month program designed to move from technical learning to practical implementation.
It begins with an in-person kickoff and project alignment, followed by e-learning, project assignments, remote coaching, and direct application of your new skills.
You’ll finish by presenting your work in a case study documenting what you implemented and the results you achieved.
