Planning & Scheduling iBL+® combines practical training with one-on-one coaching and direct application at your facility—so you improve the way work gets planned and scheduled while you’re still in the program.
Work with an SMRP-certified coach throughout the program to answer questions, work through real planning challenges, and help you put each new skill into practice.
Apply what you learn directly to your own maintenance environment—building better plans, improving schedules, and creating processes your team can actually use.
Complete the program and earn the Reliability & Maintainability Implementation Certification (RMIC®) from the University of Tennessee.
Planning & Scheduling iBL+® is a six-month program designed to take you from learning better practices to putting them to work at your facility.
It starts with a four-day, in-person kickoff, then moves into e-learning, one-on-one coaching, and direct application on the job.
You’ll finish by documenting your work and results in a final case study.
