iBL+ Kickoff (MRO Storeroom) – Mar 30-Apr 1, 2027

This kickoff is the start of Storeroom & Materials Management iBL+®—a nine-month program that turns inventory guesswork into a storeroom you can run with data.

Knowing you have an inventory problem is easy. Knowing what to stock, how much to carry, and where your money is tied up is harder. This program gives you the methods, tools, and coaching to stock the right parts, cut excess inventory, protect uptime, and prove the results inside your own storeroom.

The kickoff is in person. After that, the program continues with e-learning, coaching, hands-on application, and a facility-based improvement project. You finish with a case study documenting what you changed and what it returned. Completing the program earns the Reliability & Maintainability Implementation Certification (RMIC®) from the University of Tennessee.

• Storeroom roles, staffing, and maturity
• Equipment bills of material
• Maintenance material kitting
• Parts availability and inventory optimization
• Process discipline and performance measurement

Apply those tools to a live storeroom project at your plant, with a coach helping you work through real stockouts, bloated inventory, and process gaps.
