iBL Kickoff – Sep 15-18, 2026

This four-day kickoff is the start of Inspired Blended Learning+ (iBL+®)—not a stand-alone class.

iBL+® blends proven maintenance and reliability training, expert coaching, and a real-world improvement project at your own facility. You learn the practices, apply them on a live plant project with an SMRP-certified coach, and document measurable results before you graduate. Completing the program earns the Reliability & Maintainability Implementation Certification (RMIC®) from the University of Tennessee.

After the kickoff, the program continues with e-learning, ongoing coaching, and your facility project over 6–12 months, depending on the track.

Choose the track that matches your role:

  • Reliability & Maintenance Engineering — Overcome chronic failures and guesswork. Apply statistics, RCM, and RCA on a coached plant project. Best for reliability engineers, maintenance engineers, reliability technicians, reliability managers, and operations managers.
  • Maintenance Management — Walk out able to coach a reliability team instead of firefighting it. Best for maintenance managers, maintenance supervisors, and operations managers.
  • Planning & Scheduling — Break the cycle of unplanned work by installing planning and scheduling that sticks. Best for planners/schedulers and maintenance supervisors.
  • Operations Management — Get operations and maintenance pulling the same way with RCPS, 5S, Center Lining, SMED, Visual Factory, and Standard Work. Best for operations managers, maintenance managers, and reliability managers.

All four tracks kick off together on these dates. Pick your track when you register so the classroom work, coaching, and plant project line up with the job you actually do.
