Our inspired Blended Learning (iBL®) programs empower participants to take control of their learning experience. Learning techniques like instructor-led classes, eLearning modules, real-world case studies and interactive scenarios, and skills application activities within your facility or industrial environment combine with application projects identified by each student and their sponsor to create a training experience like no other. The result is a documented return on training dollars directly to your bottom line. iBL® is designed with the end in mind…maximizing the value for our clients.
Through our partnership with the University of Tennessee, Eruditio is pleased to be able to offer you the Reliability and Maintainability Implementation Certification (RMIC®). Our iBL® Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance Manager, Asset Management Implementation, and UT Implementation Leader Blended Learning curriculum are endorsed by the University of Tennessee Reliability and Maintainability Center.
Our iBL® curriculum is designed to increase your Reliability Engineer’s skill level in just 12 months, using a range of tools such as technology, hands-on activities, and interactive instruction. We can also customize the course to fit your specific needs and requirements.
Our BOK course will increase awareness and alignment with the SMRP BOK and prepare attendees for taking the CMRP Exam. We will define and examine each of the 5 pillars including their core concepts. We incorporate fun quizzes, games, and other activities that help you understand and retain the BOK material. Our learning process will help you prepare for the CMRP certification exam while simultaneously being able to immediately apply this new knowledge at your facility.
Our RCA course teaches attendees how to use both process-based approaches and popular problem-solving techniques. Attendees will learn to identify the best root cause solution that ensures an organizational risk reduction to an acceptable level for the resources you are willing to invest. This course supports existing processes while providing a no-nonsense, straightforward look at business case-based problem-solving. This course includes learning aids that can be used each time RCA is applied to achieve these objectives. If your organization has problems, then join us and become a problem-solving leader in your facility.
Our 2-day workshop instructs attendees on how to apply Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) through both hands-on and practical exercises. We will cover various tools for FMEA including Traditional, Simplified, and Visual facilitation methods. Attendees will have the opportunity to practice and demonstrate their understanding of FMEA through these tools. This course is an effective way to assist organizations to develop failure mode-based maintenance strategies or reduce risk to operations. Attendees will also learn ways to identify the best strategies that help reduce, eliminate, or mitigate the effects of failure.
We are the only organization who can offer you a direct route to the RMIC® credential. View our case studies.
