Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP) Body of Knowledge (BOK)

Our BOK course will increase awareness and alignment with the SMRP BOK and prepare attendees for taking the CMRP Exam. We will define and examine each of the 5 pillars including their core concepts. We incorporate fun quizzes, games, and other activities that help you understand and retain the BOK material. Our learning process will help you prepare for the CMRP certification exam while simultaneously being able to immediately apply this new knowledge at your facility.

Transitional Root Cause Analysis

Reliability Centered Maintenance and FMEA

Our 2-day workshop instructs attendees on how to apply Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) through both hands-on and practical exercises. We will cover various tools for FMEA including Traditional, Simplified, and Visual facilitation methods. Attendees will have the opportunity to practice and demonstrate their understanding of FMEA through these tools. This course is an effective way to assist organizations to develop failure mode-based maintenance strategies or reduce risk to operations. Attendees will also learn ways to identify the best strategies that help reduce, eliminate, or mitigate the effects of failure.
